Inspection and re-inspection
An inspection is the routine visit; a re-inspection checks that violations found earlier were fixed.
Critical violations
A critical violation is one that can directly cause foodborne illness (temperatures, contamination, hand washing). “Not corrected” means it was not fixed during the visit.
Items
The item codes are those of the State Sanitary Code (Subpart 14-1); the record shows the most recent critical violation in full.
